Lemon cake ingredients: cake layers: whole wheat flour (wheat flour bleached, malted barley flour, enrichment (niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) whole eggs, sugar. Icing: non-dairy whipped topping (water, Hydrogenated vegetable oil (Palm, Palm Kernel, Coconut and/Cottonseed), sugar, corn syrup, Contains less than 2% of the following: Carbohydrate Gum, Polysorbate 60, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Mono and Diglycerides, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Soy lesithin, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Xanthan Gum, Colored with Beta Carotine. Lemon jello: sugar, gelatin, adipic acid, disodium phosphate and sodium citrate, fumaric acid, yellow 5, yellow 6, BHA, water, milk (pasteurized).
