Very soft cake with jello, fresh peach pieces, and peach flavored cream
Peach cake ingredients: cake layers: whole wheat flour (wheat flour bleached, malted barley flour, enrichment (niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) whole eggs, sugar. Icing: non-dairy whipped topping: (hydrogenated veg. oil (palm, palm kernel, coconut and/or cottonseed), sugar, corn syrup. Contains less then 2 % of the following: carbohydrate gum, polysorbate 60, natural and artificial flavor, sodium sterol lactylate, mono and diglycerides, salt, disodium phosphate, soy lecithin, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, xanthan gum, colored with beta carotene), cream cheese (pasteurized cultured milk), diced peaches (peaches, water, corn syrup). Jelly: water, gelatin, adipic acid, sodium phosphate, sodium citrate, fumaric acid, ascorbic acid, natural flavor, artificial flavor, red 40, yellow 6, blue 1, BHA (preserves freshness).
